The combination of the High Sensitivity MOS sensor and the Venus Engine achieves max. ISO12600 high-sensitivity recording with stunning picture quality that goes beyond the limit of compact camera.

LUMIX TZ100 equips a powerful 10x optical zoom (25-250mm: 35mm camera equivalent) LEICA DC VARIO-ELMARIT lens in a slim, small body profile. 5 aspherical lenses are used for LUMIX TZ100 to achieve downsizing of the high-zoom lens unit. It is difficult to align aspherical lenses due to its optical characteristic, however, Panasonic’s Black Box technologies in optics and mechanical design make it possible to maintain high optical performance.

With the introduction of the LUMIX TZ100, you will be able to record video in 4K (up to QFHD: 3840x2160 pixels, 25 fps). And three 4K Photo functions are integrated to capture the fleeting photo opportunities; 4K Burst, 4K Burst S/S (Start/Stop) and 4K Pre-burst. All these functions allow you to capture that perfect moment at a high burst rate of 30 fps, and select the best shot after shooting. The hybrid LUMIX TZ100 frees your creativity for both video and photo. ・ When recording videos in 4K, use a card rated as UHS Speed Class 3.

Have you ever imagined that you can set sharp focus on the target subject after you shot the images? Now you can easily do it with the Post Focus function. The function has been developed based on Panasonic 4K and high-speed, high-precision DFD (Depth From Defocus) auto focus technology. Shooting the image on the spot to save it as you like later - it's a whole new photographic experience for creative freedom.

The dual control of Control Ring and Rear Dial provide smoother manual control of the aperture, shutter speed, zoom, and focus. It can also be customized to your favourite settings. An 1166k-dot equivalent Live View Finder allows perfect framing even under direct sunlight conditions. Plus, 1040k-dot 3.0-inch rear monitor immediately lets you to set focus to the subject by just touching it on the screen and you can even release the shutter.
